On Kazakhstan’s Independence Day, 725 babies were born across the country, including seven pairs of twins.
The gender balance was nearly equal, with 362 boys and 363 girls born on the special day. The births mark a joyful occasion for families and symbolize new life and hope in independent Kazakhstan, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.
Officials extended congratulations to the parents and wished the newborns strong health, a happy childhood, and a bright future in the nation.
Earlier, it was reported that China plans nationwide free childbirth coverage by 2026.
