Kazakhstan Secures Podium Spots at Asia Triathlon in Jeddah

Kazakh athletes delivered an impressive performance at the Asia Triathlon Youth & U15 Championships in Jeddah, securing podium finishes and multiple top-10 results.

The event brought together 114 athletes from 21 countries, with Kazakhstan represented by seven rising triathletes - and they did not disappoint, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.

In the U15 Women’s category, Kazakhstan swept the podium’s top spots:

Alua Nurmuhamet won gold with 29:19

Kaleriya Shneider took silver with 29:22

Youth Women:

Aida Kim finished 9th with 30:52

U15 Men:

Eraly Seitbek placed 9th with 28:25

Youth Men:

Arseniy Shevchenko came in 4th

Alham Murat - 5th

Matvei Shevnin - 7th

Thanks to these results, Kazakhstan claimed gold and silver in the U15 Women’s category, while all other athletes ranked inside the top 10 of their divisions.

Earlier, Qazinform reported Kazakhstan’s strong showing at the 2025 WT U21 Championships in Nairobi, where the national team finished among the top three.
