Kazakhstan's Foreign Ministry has welcomed the adoption of United Nations Security Council Resolution 2803 (2025), which outlines a comprehensive plan to end the Gaza conflict.
According to a statement from the Foreign Ministry, Kazakhstan commended the efforts of the United States, President Donald Trump, and other states that played a key role in achieving the ceasefire agreement, The Caspian Post reports.
The ministry described the resolution as a significant step toward resolving the situation in the Gaza Strip, rebuilding trust between the parties, and advancing lasting peace in the Middle East.
Kazakhstan reaffirmed its consistent support for a peaceful, comprehensive, and sustainable solution to the Middle East issue, grounded in the UN Charter, relevant Security Council resolutions, international humanitarian law, and the “two-state solution” envisioning an independent, viable, and territorially contiguous State of Palestine.
Through the framework of the Abraham Accords, Kazakhstan emphasized its readiness to engage constructively with all partners, including key mediators, to support international efforts aimed at stabilizing the region, increasing humanitarian aid, and fostering conditions for a sustainable political process.
