New Digital Service for Entrepreneurs Launched in Kazakhstan

A new digital service for business has been launched in Kazakhstan - a single personal account for entrepreneurs, The Caspian Post reports citing Zakon.kz. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

"Today, entrepreneurs interact with many information systems of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, such as: ESF, EPZ, Keden, DFO, E-Qazyna-registry, ISNA, Qoldau. Each of them provides highly specialized services. However, not everyone knows about the existence of these systems and their capabilities," the Ministry of Finance noted.

The project "Unified Personal Account of an Entrepreneur" (UPA), as noted by the Ministry, is designed to unite all these systems into a single, convenient platform.

"Entrepreneurs receive centralized access to all major state and quasi-state platforms, which significantly simplifies processes and reduces time costs," the ministry explained.

It is noted that the service covers the entire cycle of business activity: from registering an entrepreneur to receiving tax benefits and participating in procurement.

Using the account, you can submit tax reports, apply for a refund of overpayments, clarify payments, change the tax regime and track settlements with the budget. All in electronic format and without visiting government agencies.

The platform design was chosen in such a way that it would be intuitive for users.

The Ministry of Finance noted that the plans include introducing a mobile application that will retain all the functionality of the web version. It will be available for download in the App Store and Play Market, which will provide round-the-clock access to the service from anywhere in the country.

Earlier, Kazakhstani businessmen were warned about a new type of fraud. Fraudsters offer services, promising to increase the influx of clients.
