An unexpected smoke incident occurred at the “Almaty Metro” station “Alatau station” in Almaty, Kazakhstan, prompting passengers to evacuate train cars and move onto the platform.
Passengers were asked to leave the wagons immediately after smoke was detected in the station area. The situation caused temporary disruption to metro operations, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.
