Kyrgyzstan Finalizes Voter List Ahead of Snap Parliamentary Elections

The Kyrgyz Central Election Commission has completed the final voter list for the upcoming snap election of MPs.

A total of 4,294,243 voters are registered, including 2,081,514 men and 2,212,729 women, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.

The final list will be accessible by November 25, 2025, across 2,492 polling stations. Kyrgyzstan is set to hold the early parliamentary election on November 30, 2025, with 467 candidates registered to contest.

President Sadyr Japarov has pledged to personally oversee the election process, emphasizing transparency and fairness. In preparation, the CEC opened three additional polling stations in Kazakhstan’s Almaty, Taraz, and Shymkent, complementing existing stations in Astana, Almaty, Atyrau, and Karaganda.

The elections will be monitored by 378 international observers, underlining Kyrgyzstan’s commitment to a transparent and credible voting process.
