The National Investment Agency of Kyrgyzstan and Electron Holding have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to build solar power plants with a total capacity of up to 300 MW and planned investments of $300 million.
The agreement was reached during the Hungary-Kyrgyzstan Business Forum in Budapest, where participants explored ways to expand economic cooperation, attract investment, and promote Kyrgyz exports. Key sectors highlighted included energy, industry, agriculture, logistics, tourism, and IT, The Caspian Post informs via Kyrgyz media.
Alongside the forum, B2B and B2G meetings facilitated discussions on concrete projects, partnership opportunities, and steps to enhance the competitiveness of Kyrgyzstan’s economy.
