Kyrgyzstan Opens Permanent Trade Pavilion in Chongqing, Strengthening Ties with China

A permanent trade pavilion representing the Kyrgyz Republic officially has been opened in Chongqing, marking a major milestone in enhancing trade and cultural relations between Kyrgyzstan and China.

The pavilion’s establishment has received formal approval from the Trade Representation of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic in China, The Caspian Post informs via Kyrgyz media.

The opening ceremony was attended by Sultan Akhmatov, Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan, who emphasized the pavilion’s role in expanding Kyrgyz exports and showcasing the country’s unique products to Chinese consumers.

The pavilion will operate year-round, offering a diverse range of Kyrgyz-made goods such as natural honey, alcoholic beverages, confectionery, and traditional handicrafts.

A notable highlight for visitors is the chance to sample specialty coffee and Chinese teas blended with Kyrgyz honey, which have quickly become popular among guests.
