Kyrgyzstan Reports 26 Fires in 24 Hours

In the past 24 hours, 26 fires were reported in Kyrgyzstan, with 29 fire brigades dispatched to extinguish them, according to the Ministry of Emergency Situations on August 6.

9 fires were registered in Bishkek, 6 in Jalal-Abad region, 5 in Chui region, 5 in Osh region, 2 in Batken region, 1 in Osh and 1 in Issyk-Kul region, The Caspian Post reports citing AKIpress.

A fire occurred in a residential building in Ak-Bosogo housing estate: 100 square meters of ceiling and household items burned down.

An open area near a garage burned down on Skryabin Street. A fire broke out in a garage on Repin Street.
