Turkic States Begin Observing Kyrgyzstan’s Early Election

The International Election Observation Mission of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), led by Deputy Secretary General Mirvokhid Azimov, has begun monitoring Kyrgyzstan’s early parliamentary elections scheduled for November 30, 2025.

The delegation includes officials from the OTS Secretariat and representatives of Central Election Commissions from member states, excluding Kyrgyzstan, The Caspian Post informs via Kyrgyz media.

On November 27, the mission met with Tynchtyk Shainazarov, Chairman of Kyrgyzstan’s CEC, receiving detailed updates on the legal and administrative preparations for the vote.

Observers also held meetings with parliamentary candidates to gain firsthand insight into the campaign environment and election readiness.
