Azerbaijan's Economy Grows 4% in First 11 Months of 2024 - PM

“During the first eleven months of 2024, Azerbaijan's economic growth reached 4.1%, with the non-oil sector growing by 6.4%,” said Prime Minister Ali Asadov during his speech at the Milli Majlis plenary session on Monday, The Caspian Post reports citing Azertac.

The Prime Minister also emphasized that Azerbaijan’s strategic currency reserves have reached $72 billion, while the country’s external debt accounts for just 7.3% of the nominal GDP.

In his address, Ali Asadov further highlighted the successful implementation of the relevant Action Plan approved by the government, which has played a key role in the country’s anti-inflationary efforts.
