Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has arrived in Armenia on a working visit.
During the visit, Lavrov will hold talks with his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan, The Caspian Post reports, citing TASS.
It is also expected that the Russian foreign minister will meet with the country’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and President Vahagn Khachaturyan.
The top Russian diplomat’s most recent visit to Yerevan was in June 2022.
The Russian Foreign Ministry noted that the agenda of the visit includes "a wide range of bilateral cooperation issues, interaction along the lines of Eurasian integration groups and coordination of positions at international venues, above all, in the UN.".
