Aircraft Collides With Skyscraper in Russia's Grozny

Several regions across Russia, including Krasnodar, Samara Region, and Chechnya, have faced drone attacks.

In Krasnodar, a unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) strike damaged port infrastructure in Tumruk, sparking a fire that required 32 emergency workers and eight units of equipment to contain, The Caspian Post reports via Ukrainian media.

OSINT analysis by ASTRA indicates the fire hit the gas terminal at Temryuk commercial seaport, a key hub for liquefied petroleum gas, oil products, grain, and other cargo.

In Samara Region, drones targeted the city of Syzran, hitting an oil refinery, with videos showing flames rising from the facility. Russia’s Defense Ministry reported intercepting eight drones in the region and destroying 41 UAVs nationwide, including in occupied Crimea.

In Chechnya, footage from opposition activists shows damage to a skyscraper in the Grozny City complex, reportedly caused by a drone or small aircraft. The Russian Defense Ministry did not comment on drone activity in Chechnya.
