Russian drone and missile attacks have struck Ukraine's capital Kyiv, killing two people and injuring at least 13 others, including a child.
Emergency crews managed to rescue four people - among them a child and a person with limited mobility - as residential buildings were hit during the barrage, The Caspian Post informs via Ukrainian media.
A high-rise and a private house in Brovary suffered significant damage, with three additional residents reported injured. In the Kharkiv region, Russian forces targeted energy infrastructure, causing voltage drops and disruptions for locals. Authorities said enemy aerial targets continue to be detected, urging residents to stay in shelters as the situation remains unpredictable.
Air raid alerts sounded across Kyiv and several other regions after Russia deployed MiG-31K aircraft armed with Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles, heightening fears of further escalation, News.Az reports, citing foreign media.
