Russia Launches Massive 142-Drone Attack on Ukraine

Russia has unleashed a massive drone attack on Ukraine, launching 142 strike UAVs, including Shahed and Gerbera models.

Ukrainian air defenses intercepted 92 of them, but impacts were recorded at 18 locations, with drone debris falling in several areas, The Caspian Post informs via Ukrainian media.

In Odesa, the strike caused damage to residential buildings, a gas station, and even an equestrian club.

The assault followed a series of attacks, when Russia fired Iskander-M missiles and drones at Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia, leaving several people injured and triggering fires that destroyed homes and businesses. Authorities noted that some drones remained in the air and urged residents to stay alert and follow safety guidelines.
