Drone Explosion Hits Russia's Tver Residential Building

A drone explosion has damaged the lower floors of a residential building in Tver, Russia, injuring at least seven people.

Residents heard multiple blasts, and videos showed smoke rising from the site. Nearby buildings and cars were also damaged, The Caspian Post reports via Ukrainian media.

Acting Governor Vitaly Korolev said the injured were hospitalized, and emergency teams, medics, and rescue services are responding. Evacuations are underway, with temporary shelters set up for displaced families.

Ukraine has not commented on the incident. The strike occurs amid ongoing heavy Russian attacks on Ukrainian cities and increased Ukrainian drone operations targeting Russian territory.
