EU to Discuss Limiting Russian Citizens’ Visas to One Country

The European Union plans to discuss on October 14 a proposal to issue Russian citizens visas with limited territorial validity (LTV) instead of standard Schengen visas.

If approved, the initiative would restrict travelers to visiting only the country that issued their visa, according to RT.

For example, holders of an Italian LTV visa would be allowed to enter Italy only, while those issued by Spain would be valid for travel to Spain alone.
