Kyiv will observe a Day of Mourning on July 7 following one of the most intense Russian missile and drone attacks on the Ukrainian capital since the start of the war.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko announced that flags will be flown at half-staff on all municipal buildings. City authorities have also urged government institutions and private organizations to lower their national flags in honor of the victims, The Caspian Post reports via Klitschko's messsage on Telegram.
As part of the mourning period, all entertainment events scheduled in the capital have been canceled.
According to the latest official figures, 11 people were killed and 60 others injured in the attack. Among the wounded are three children.
