Knife Attack at Ukraine's School Leaves Teacher, Pupil Hurt

A pupil in Ukraine's Kyiv school has injured a teacher and a classmate with a knife.

The incident was reported to the emergency number 102 on the morning of January 12 at around 8:45 a.m. (GMT+2), The Caspian Post reports via Russian media.

Preliminary investigations indicate that one of the pupils attacked both a teacher and another pupil with a bladed weapon.

Medical assistance is being provided to the victims. The attacker has been detained, and police remain on the scene investigating. Officials noted that the circumstances of the incident are still being clarified, and further information will be provided later.
