Russian air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 426 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over Russian regions within a single day, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.

“From 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Moscow time, air defense alert forces intercepted and destroyed 426 Ukrainian fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Vladimir, Kaluga, Kursk, Oryol, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tver and Tula regions, the Moscow region, and Crimea,” the ministry said, The Caspian Post reports.
