Russia Strikes Residential Building in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk

Russian forces struck a residential building in Synelnykove district of Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk province, partially destroying the entrance of the structure.

Search and rescue operations are underway, with four people believed to be trapped under the rubble, Mykola Lukashuk, head of the regional council, said, The Caspian Post reports via Lukashuk's message in Telegram.

“The situation is dire. Russia is mercilessly attacking frontline communities with guided aerial bombs and drones. There are casualties and injuries,” Lukashuk said, urging residents who have not evacuated to prioritize their safety.

The regional prosecutor’s office confirmed that seven people were injured in the attack.

Strikes continue across Ukraine. On the night of February 15, Russian forces reportedly launched 115 drones, most of which were intercepted or neutralized by air defenses. Eighteen drones reached 11 locations, with the full extent of the damage still being assessed.
