Russian Airstrike Kills Two in Ukraine's Izium

Two people have been killed in a Russian airstrike on Izium in Ukraine’s Kharkiv region.

The information was shared by Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, on his Telegram channel, The Caspian Post reports via Ukrainian media.

“Two people were killed in the enemy airstrike on Izium. According to updated information, a 60-year-old woman also suffered an acute stress reaction,” Synehubov said.

Initial reports indicate that four aerial bombs were dropped on the city.

Serhiy Fedchenko, head of the city’s military administration, added that three apartment buildings and parts of private housing were damaged, and the city is experiencing partial power outages.
