Russian Drone Strikes Hit Multiple Ukrainian Regions

Several Ukrainian regions, including Cherkasy, Odesa, Mykolaiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Sumy, have been targeted by Russian drone attacks, causing fires, injuries, and widespread power outages.

In Sumy’s Kovpakivskyi district, at least one person was injured after residential and commercial windows were shattered, The Caspian Post reports via Ukrainian media.

In Odesa, strikes damaged a nine-storey apartment building and a school, leaving seven people injured, one in moderate condition.

Mykolaiv’s energy infrastructure was hit, triggering power outages in multiple settlements, while Cherkasy authorities reported damage to city infrastructure with emergency crews responding.

In Kryvyi Rih, residential strikes caused a fire and injured two civilians-a 58-year-old man and a 67-year-old woman. An assistance center was set up at a local school for residents.

These attacks follow earlier drone strikes this week on Zaporizhzhia and Odesa, underscoring growing risks to civilians and critical energy systems amid the ongoing conflict.
