As part of his visit to Tashkent, Turkmen Deputy Foreign Minister Ahmet Gurbanov met with Uzbek Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov.
The parties discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation and outlined plans for interaction for the coming year, The Caspian Post reports, citing Turkmen media.
During the talks, the diplomats emphasized the importance of regular high-level and summit meetings to strengthen the partnership between the countries.
Particular attention was paid to the development of cooperation in the political-diplomatic, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres, as well as to the discussion of the regional and international agenda.
