Farzona Emomali, 27, the youngest daughter of Tajik President Emomali Rahmon, has been appointed head of the Department of Reforms, Primary Health Care, and International Relations at the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.
The ministry praised her skills and professionalism, noting that the appointment was made this year to lead reforms and strengthen international collaboration within the central office, The Caspian Post informs via Tajik media.
Born on July 4, 1998, in Dushanbe, Emomali graduated with honors from the Dushanbe branch of the Lomonosov Moscow State University Lyceum in 2014. She earned a medical degree from Avicenna Tajik State Medical University in 2020, completed a clinical residency in pediatrics in 2022, and in 2023 graduated with honors from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Tajikistan, specializing in public administration.
Since 2021, she has served as a specialist in the Ministry’s Department of Reforms, Primary Health Care, and International Relations. Emomali is a member of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan, unmarried, and has one child.
