Azerbaijani Leader Gifts Karabakh Horse to Turkmen People’s Council Chairman in Shusha

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has presented a Karabakh horse named “Dostlug” (“Friendship”) to Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty (People’s Council) of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in a powerful gesture of friendship and cultural diplomacy.

On July 17, President Aliyev and Berdimuhamedov visited the Jidir Duzu plain in Shusha, The Caspian Post reports, citing local media.

A presentation of Karabakh horses took place at the site.
