Turkmen Student Joins International “Summer with Pushkin” Program in Moscow

A student from Turkmenistan is participating in the international program “Summer with Pushkin”, which focuses on Russian language and cultural studies.

The program is taking place at the A.S. Pushkin State Institute of the Russian Language in Moscow from August 24 to September 6, The Caspian Post informs via Turkmen media.

The language camp has brought together 20 highly talented and motivated students from 10 countries, selected from 435 applications submitted by participants from 35 countries. Countries represented in the program include Turkmenistan, Armenia, Ghana, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Libya, Nigeria, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.

The initiative aims to support gifted youth and provide comprehensive Russian language training, while introducing participants to the history and contemporary culture of Russia. By the conclusion of the program, students will create and present creative projects showcasing their experience and the knowledge they have gained about Russian language and culture.
