Turkmenistan’s State Service for Maritime and River Transport has met with Cyprus Deputy Minister of Shipping Marina Hadjimanolis, who visited for the UN LLDC3 conference, to explore future cooperation in maritime transport and logistics.
Hadjimanolis was briefed on Turkmenistan’s achievements in developing its maritime infrastructure and the capabilities of the Turkmenbashi International Seaport, The Caspian Post reports via Turkmen media.
The discussion also covered key areas for future collaboration, including personnel training and the implementation of joint programs in the maritime sector.
Both parties expressed confidence that the meeting would give fresh momentum to expanding bilateral cooperation and launching new initiatives in the maritime transport and logistics sectors.
