From October 30-31, 2025, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, will host the large-scale “Turkmenistan Economic Days” Forum, a key event aimed at deepening trade and investment ties between Turkmenistan and Europe.
The initiative was approved by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, who underscored the forum’s strategic importance during a Cabinet meeting, highlighting Turkmenistan’s commitment to expanding cooperation with EU nations, The Caspian Post reports via Turkmen media.
The forum, to be held at the Radisson Blu Frankfurt Hotel, will bring together over 70 leading German companies and financial-industrial associations alongside more than 50 Turkmen enterprises and key state agencies. Participants will present large-scale investment projects in oil and gas, chemistry, agriculture, textile manufacturing, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals, including innovations from the Arkadag Medical Cluster.
The event’s general sponsors include Ojar Aziya, one of Turkmenistan’s leading firms, and John Deere, the global agribusiness giant-underscoring the forum’s scale and its potential to attract serious international investors.
Among the German participants are major corporations and banks such as Deutsche Bank AG, Commerzbank AG, KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH, Uniper SE, Bayer AG, Knauf AG, BOMAG GmbH, CLAAS Global Sales GmbH, John Deere International GmbH, BASF, and Merck. Sectoral associations like the Eastern Committee of the German Economy, German Agribusiness Alliance, Germany Trade & Invest (GTAI), and Frankfurt Economic Development Agency will also play active roles.
Organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan in collaboration with TMT Consulting Group, the forum will feature a dynamic agenda, including B2B meetings, cooperation agreements, and industry-specific sessions focused on fostering new partnerships.
