Azerbaijani Journalists Tour Damar Dairy Plant in Uzbekistan's Urgench

During a press tour in Uzbekistan, Azerbaijani journalists visited the Damar Dairy Plant in Urgench, gaining firsthand insight into the production of traditional Khorezm dairy products.

The factory, renowned for its cheeses and other dairy specialties, sources raw milk from purebred cows raised in the environmentally clean Khorezm region, The Caspian Post informs via local media.

Journalists observed the full production process, which combines European equipment with modern processing technologies to maintain product quality and safety.

Damar Dairy’s product lineup includes natural Damar cheese, Khorezm-style cheese, and other varieties aged from three months to nine weeks, along with processed and smoked cheese products.

Company representatives highlighted their commitment to using high-quality, all-natural ingredients, ensuring each product reflects the region’s rich dairy heritage while meeting modern production standards.
