Azerbaijan’s State Customs Committee has announced that trade relations between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan experienced a substantial upswing in the first five months of 2025.

Between January and May 2025, Azerbaijan exported non-oil products worth $19.3 million to Uzbekistan, The Caspian Post reports via local media.

This marks a $9.3 million increase, or nearly double the amount exported during the same period in 2024. Non-oil exports to Uzbekistan represented 1.37 per cent of Azerbaijan’s total non-oil exports for the period.
