Core AI Holdings Targets Uzbekistan, Malaysia for Global AI Data Center Expansion

Core AI Holdings, Inc., a leading developer and publisher of AI-powered mobile games, has unveiled a major strategic initiative: building a global network of modern, vertically integrated AI data centers.

The company plans to launch its first projects in emerging markets, including Uzbekistan and Malaysia, positioning these countries as key hubs for AI infrastructure investment and partnerships, The Caspian Post informs via Uzbek media.

The initiative reflects Core AI’s long-term vision of creating the technological backbone for the next generation of intelligent systems, driving innovation, economic growth, and sustainable digital transformation in developing nations.

Industry data highlights the growth potential: the global data center market reached $242.7 billion in 2024, projected to hit $691.6 billion by 2032 at a CAGR of 11.7 per cent. Malaysia’s data center market alone is expected to expand from $4 billion in 2024 to $13.6 billion by 2030 (CAGR 22.4 per cent), fueled by US investments from a historic $150 billion tech deal.

In Uzbekistan, the sector is rapidly developing thanks to government support and initiatives aimed at transforming the country into a Central Asian IT and AI hub. “Green” data center campuses are being built in smart cities like New Tashkent and Bukhara, laying the groundwork for large-scale digital transformation.

“AI infrastructure will define progress across all industries,” said Core AI CEO Aitan Zakharin. “We are building a globally distributed AI ecosystem in collaboration with public and private partners. Emerging markets offer unique opportunities thanks to policy incentives, reliable energy networks, low electricity costs, and strong ecosystem support.”

Core AI plans to secure multi-billion-dollar funding and implement projects with governments, private investors, and international banks. Details on timelines, partnership structures, and investment roadmaps are expected in Q1 2026 as negotiations conclude.
