A delegation from the Central Bank of Hungary has visited the Central Bank of Uzbekistan for a high-level meeting focused on the development of payment systems and digital financial infrastructure in Uzbekistan.
The discussions covered key areas such as financial inclusion, cybersecurity, the adoption of innovative payment technologies, and collaboration on projects involving the private sector, The Caspian Post reports via Uzbek media.
As part of their visit, the Hungarian delegation also toured several local banks and payment organizations to observe their operations firsthand and gain practical insights into Uzbekistan’s financial ecosystem.
