Uzbekistan and China Deepen Cooperation in Geological Exploration and Metallurgy

Uzbekistan’s Minister of Mining Industry and Geology, Bobir Islamov, held a meeting with a delegation led by Zhu Hongbing, General Manager of Henan Investment Group, to discuss potential cooperation in the mining sector.

The parties exchanged views on investment opportunities in the mining and geological sectors, The Caspian Post reports citing UzA.

The importance of strengthening cooperation in the industrial and investment spheres between the two countries was emphasized at the meeting. The projects being implemented by Henan Investment Group, including promising research in geological exploration and metallurgy, were discussed in detail.

The sides noted that such meetings contribute to further strengthening bilateral cooperation and developing investment projects in this sector.
