Uzbekistan and Hungary Forge Strengthened Strategic Partnership

After their discussions in Budapest, the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and the Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orbán, signed a Joint Declaration to establish a strengthened strategic partnership.

In their presence, several intergovernmental and interagency documents were also exchanged, including an Extradition Treaty, a Cooperation Agreement on Climate Change, interagency arrangements on natural disaster management, cooperation in science and innovation, peaceful use of nuclear energy, and other areas, The Caspian Post reports citing Uzbek media.
