Uzbekistan and Hungary Strengthen Ties in Museum and Cultural Collaboration

Representatives from the Art and Culture Development Foundation under the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan held an online meeting with László Csorba, the Director General of the Budapest History Museum.

The parties explored prospects for developing bilateral cooperation in the museum and cultural sectors, including the organization of joint exhibitions, the implementation of restoration projects, and the expansion of scientific exchange programs, The Caspian Post reports citing Uzbek media.

The Hungarian side expressed its interest in establishing long-term partnerships with cultural institutions in Uzbekistan, emphasizing the importance of strengthening humanitarian ties between the two countries.

The parties agreed to continue consultations to prepare specific projects and initiatives aimed at promoting their shared cultural heritage and reinforcing friendly relations between the peoples of Uzbekistan and Hungary.
