Uzbekistan’s agricultural sector produced a total of 310,900 tons of poultry meat (live weight) in 2024, reflecting strong growth across various farming categories.

Breaking down the production, farming enterprises contributed 50,900 tons, while peasant and subsidiary farms accounted for 63,900 tons, The Caspian Post reports per Uzbek media.

The largest share, 196,100 tons, came from agricultural organizations engaged in large-scale poultry farming.

This diverse production landscape highlights Uzbekistan’s ongoing efforts to boost poultry farming and meet domestic demand for poultry products through a combination of smallholder and large-scale operations.
