Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia are set to strengthen collaboration in the tourism sector after agreeing to establish a joint working group focused on industry development.
The two sides also plan to draft a practical action roadmap and identify priority investment projects aimed at boosting tourism infrastructure and visitor flows, The Caspian Post reports via Uzbek media.
The agreement was reached during talks in Samarkand between the head of Uzbekistan’s Tourism Committee and a visiting Saudi delegation.
