Armenia, Uzbekistan Explore Efficient Water Use

Armenia’s Deputy Minister of Economy Arman Khojoyan has met with Uzbekistan’s Deputy Minister of Agriculture Alisher Shukurov at Germany’s Global Forum for Food and Agriculture (GFFA) to discuss efficient water management and sustainable agricultural practices.

The officials emphasized the adoption of modern and sustainable practices to boost agricultural productivity, adapt to climate change, and ensure long-term sector development, The Caspian Post reports via Uzbek media.

The meeting also covered key aspects of the agricultural sector and identified promising areas for bilateral cooperation in sustainable farming.
