Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan chaired a high-level meeting to discuss key developments in Armenia’s energy sector, according to the Prime Minister’s Office.
During the discussion, special attention was given to proposals for the construction of a new nuclear power unit, including their technical, financial and security aspects, The Caspian Post reports, citing Armenian media.
Participants presented potential cooperation options with various partners and international organizations concerning financing models, technological solutions and timelines.
The prime minister emphasized the importance of consistent progress in the proposed directions, taking into account the recommendations and observations made during the meeting.
