Armenian Prime Minister and leader of the ruling Civil Contract party, Nikol Pashinyan, cast his ballot at a polling station in Yerevan’s Shengavit district as the country’s parliamentary election got underway.
Pashinyan participated in the vote amid nationwide polling that is expected to shape Armenia’s political future, The Caspian Post reports via Factor.am.
Millions of eligible voters are heading to the polls across the country, with the election drawing close attention from domestic and international observers.
