Vance Removes Post on 'Armenian Genocide' After Yerevan Visit

"U.S. Vice President JD Vance deleted a post on social media platform X about his visit to the memorial for the victims of the 1915 events in the Ottoman Empire in Yerevan, where the phrase 'genocide of Armenians' was used twice."

"The post was online for several hours before being deleted. Later, Vance's press secretary, Taylor Van Kirk, posted a neutral message about the visit to the memorial complex, without such wording," The Caspian Post reports, citing local media.
