A new shipment of fertilizers is set to transit through Azerbaijan to Armenia, highlighting ongoing logistical flows across the region.
Eight wagons loaded with fertilizers will be dispatched on May 3 from the Bilajari station at 12:00 (GMT+4), continuing a series of recent deliveries, The Caspian Post reports via local media.
This follows an earlier shipment on April 30, when a freight train carrying seven wagons of Russian grain and fertilizers was successfully transported to Armenia via Azerbaijani territory.
Beyond transit operations, fuel exports from Azerbaijan to Armenia are also underway. To date, more than 8,500 tons of diesel fuel, 979 tons of AI-92 gasoline, and 2,955 tons of AI-95 gasoline have been delivered.
