Azerbaijan, GIP Discuss Middle Corridor Development

During his visit to the U.S., Azerbaijan’s Minister of Digital Development and Transport, Rashad Nabiyev, met with Adebayo Ogunlesi, Founding Partner, Chairman, and CEO of Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), and Eric Varvel, GIP’s Global Head of Capital Formation Group.

The discussion centered on the development of the Middle Corridor and regional opportunities arising from digital transformation and energy projects, The Caspian Post reports, citing Azerbaijan's Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.

The parties also explored the creation of a joint investment platform focused on transport, logistics, digital infrastructure, and data centers.
