Azerbaijan Sees Strong Growth in Non-Oil Exports to Russia

Azerbaijan exported non-oil and gas products worth $716.6 million to Russia from January to July 2025, marking an 11.8 per cent increase compared to the same period last year.

The non-oil exports to Türkiye fell by 3.9 per cent over the past year, totaling $339.7 million, while shipments to Georgia increased by 35.35 per cent, reaching $183.4 million, The Caspian Post informs via the August issue of the Export Review published by the Azerbaijani Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

During the first seven months of 2025, Azerbaijan also exported non-oil goods to Switzerland valued at $186.6 million - a 2.4-fold increase - and to Ukraine for $109.9 million.

Overall, Azerbaijan’s non-oil sector exports rose by 11.4 per cent year-on-year for the seven-month period, reaching a total of $2.1 billion.
