Azerbaijan Sends Another Batch of Humanitarian Aid to Ukraine

Azerbaijan has sent a new shipment of humanitarian aid to Ukraine, including 31 generators with different power capacities and two automatic transfer switch systems.

The delivery was announced on social media by Ukraine’s ambassador, Yuriy Husyev, The Caspian Post reports.

According to him, the equipment will be provided to units of Ukraine’s State Emergency Service, along with hospitals and areas impacted by Russian attacks.

Before the shipment’s departure, Husyev met with Alibala Magharramzadah, a member of Azerbaijan’s Milli Majlis and chairman of the working group on inter-parliamentary relations between Azerbaijan and Ukraine, to express gratitude for the assistance.

He noted that the initiative was made possible through the support of Azerbaijani companies and citizens, the Ukrainian embassy in Azerbaijan, and diplomats from partner countries.
