“Baku Cinema Breeze” Opens Doors for Global Cinema Collaboration in Azerbaijan

The International Film Festival “Baku Cinema Breeze” is set to take place from October 6 to 12, 2025, as part of Baku Creative Week 2025, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and the Cinematography Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The event is organized in partnership with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), The Caspian Post informs via local media.

The festival will bring together filmmakers, producers, and cinema enthusiasts from across the globe, with an expected turnout of around 3,000 local and international guests. The event aims to foster creative dialogue, encourage co-productions, and strengthen collaboration in cinema, creating new avenues for cultural exchange.

The festival’s main objective is to establish Azerbaijan as a leading regional center for cultural interaction and international film cooperation.

During the week-long program, attendees will participate in panel discussions and events, including “Eastern Film Markets”, the “2nd Animation Festival of the Turkic World ATA”, “Islamic Countries Film Days”, and “CinemaTalks”, offering a comprehensive platform for networking and knowledge sharing in the film industry.
