President Ilham Aliyev Highlights Strong Traditional Ties and Brotherhood Between Azerbaijan and Algeria

President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan sent a congratulatory letter to President Abdelmadjid Tebboune of Algeria on the occasion of Algeria's national holiday, Revolution Day, The Caspian Post reports citing AZERTAC.
