Türkiye, Azerbaijan Strengthen Military Ties at Ateş Serbest–2025 Exercises

Turkish Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler and Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijani Army Karim Valiyev have participated in the “Distinguished Observer Day” of the Ateş Serbest-2025 military exercises in Türkiye.

The large-scale drills were also observed by Chief of the General Staff of the Turkish Armed Forces General Selçuk Bayraktaroğlu, Commander of the Naval Forces Admiral Ercüment Tatlıoğlu, Commander of the Air Forces General Ziya Cemal Kadıoğlu, and Commander of the Land Forces Major General Nahit Şenoğlu, The Caspian Post informs via the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.

As part of the event, Güler met with the troops taking part in the exercises, commending their professionalism and congratulating service members who displayed exceptional performance during the drills.
