Azerbaijan showcased its rich cultural heritage and tourism potential at the "International Food Festival" held at Ashgabat International School.
A special corner set up by the Azerbaijani Embassy in Turkmenistan featured displays reflecting Azerbaijan's history, culture, art, carpet weaving traditions, national costumes, architectural style, and tourism potential, The Caspian Post reports citing Azertac.
Banners promoting the “azerbaijan.travel” tourism portal and the “Made in Azerbaijan” brand were prominently showcased. A variety of national products and traditional handicrafts were also exhibited, drawing attention from festivalgoers. Participants were treated to Azerbaijani national dishes and sweets, which received considerable interest and praise from guests.
During the event, visitors received books, brochures, and various publications introducing Azerbaijan, along with photo postcards, souvenirs, and materials highlighting traditional Azerbaijani national costumes. The Azerbaijani corner stood out as one of the most impressive cultural displays of the festival, earning high acclaim for its rich and visually engaging presentation.
